毛利グループでは半導体の材料として新たに期待されている原子層材料と呼ばれる、原子1層分の厚さしか持たない材料の研究に取り組んでいます。

In this laboratory, we are studying atomically layered thin materials, which are expected to be used as materials for semiconductors, and which have a thickness of only one atomic layer.

本研究室ではCVD、ミストCVD、MBE装置を用いて、原子層材料(Graphene, TMDC)、high-k材料、酸化物材料、窒化物材料の合成を行っています。
